Monika Bodera MA – Managing Director
Monika specialises in reaching ethnic minorities that settled in the UK after the EU enlargement and providing business intelligence on CEE markets. She also welcomes enquiries about more general and industry-specific marketing research services from companies operating in the UK and internationally. Monika did her Master Degree in Linguistics in Poland. She adds a valuable insight into the dynamics of migration groups in the UK utilising her contacts within the ethnic communities as well as governmental and public organisations supporting Central Eastern European nationals. Monika understands the importance of targeting the right market applying cultural filters if necessary. She has a track record of running business in various industries and on different levels of seniority. Her role in Polarity UK involves business development and managing company relations moving smoothly within the cultural scope of Polarity UK activities. Monika provides her clients with a strategic overview of business opportunities and communication channels based on thorough research.
Joanna Szczedor MS, MRS Associate – Research Director
Joanna holds her Master Degree from University of Economics in Poland where she specilised in Finance & Banking. She understands clients - she used to be one. Her nearly 10 years' of professional experience in the UK brings a mixture of a client’s perspective and a managing consultant hands on approach for one of the largest global market research organisations in the world. She is an expert in international strategic and exploratory research and has built a reputation in the industry for having unique insights that positively impact on large and small businesses. She thrives on demonstrating ROI from marketing activity and creating real value for brands. She is driven by passion for marketing and her love of all things creative. She is naturally an ideas person and acts as an advisor on each study and is always involved in the up-front design. Joanna is fully involved in the interpretation stage, advises on all technical aspects of the survey design to ensure the programme is ‘best-in class’.
Maciej Zwierzanski BA, MA, Chartered Marketor (soon) - Market Entry Specialist
Maciej makes sure that the recommendations and advice provided to his clients feed into their expansion strategy and helps to make informed decisions at all levels required including the board. Having worked for big 4 consultancy and a market research agency specialising in the Central and Eastern Europe (CEE) region, he brings the experience of managing international research projects. Through the network of partners located in various CEE countries (the Czech Republic, Hungary or Russia to name just a few) Maciej is able to manage comparative studies for businesses that want to evaluate different markets before they decide which offers the best return on investment. The methodology for each study is based on best practice and developed jointly with the client to ensure it meets their unique information needs. With his professional experience acquired working in Poland and the UK, Maciej guides his clients on cultural aspects of doing business in CEE and helps to interpret these nuances that sometimes decide about a success or a failure venturing this part of the world.
